A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I have been in the animal industry for over 20 years. My expertise ranges from animal welfare, to pet products and services, to customer relations. I have the ability to observe and understand dog behavior, as well as understanding what the consumer wants and needs.
I offer phone/zoom consultations for new puppy parents including tips for basic training and minor behavioral issues. If local, in person is an option.
The overall goal is to offer simple, accessible support to new puppy parents. Encouragement, ideas and support are key elements to successfully raising a new puppy.
I work with a variety of animal related businesses to build and assist on the upkeep of their website. Whether a rescue, a breeder or an e-commerce site, I can assist with keeping images, descriptions, tabs, etc., up to date as well as expand on the existing model, improve overall organization or build a new site from scratch.
Not all businesses have the time, resources or bandwidth to keep their website updated, so that’s where I come in handy.

I have over 10 years of experience working directly with the pet product consumer. I understand their wants, needs, and what they are looking for within a product.
I have the ability to review products, predict potential issues, and offer feedback and suggestions to improve the product design.
